A social media dispute involving influencers Soso Careca, Malévola Alves, and singer MC Paiva has escalated into police involvement following a series of insults and threats.

The conflict began after Soso Careca posted a video promoting the song ‘Vai Tomar’ by her partner, MC Paiva. In response to critics who questioned the legitimacy of her work, Careca claimed she earns more money than those with formal employment (CLT). Although she later apologized, stating her comments were directed at those disparaging her profession rather than all workers, the remarks drew criticism from Malévola Alves.

Following the exchange, MC Paiva launched a live stream to defend Careca, during which he directed insults at Malévola, including misgendering her and suggesting a potential ‘tragedy’ could occur if she appeared at a specific location with security. The dispute has involved accusations of transphobia, threats, and legal measures.
