SOTRACO launches new Dapélogo–Ouagadougou transit line

The Société de transport en commun (SOTRACO) has officially launched a new transit line connecting Dapélogo and Ouagadougou. The service was inaugurated on August 13, 2026, during a ceremony held at the Dapélogo town hall.

Joseph Claver Kadio, the president of the special delegation, presided over the event. He emphasized the importance of the new line in addressing mobility needs for the population of Dapélogo and surrounding areas. Officials urged citizens to use the service responsibly to ensure its long-term viability. The new route is priced at 700 FCFA per trip.
