SoulFa concludes tour in Taipei with injured guitarist performing

The Taiwanese band SoulFa concluded their ‘Mountain of Disappointment’ tour with a final performance at Legacy Taipei on September 12. The concert featured 23 songs, including tracks from their third album.

During the show, the band revealed that guitarist Poopoo suffered a fracture after a fall prior to the tour. Despite having only recently been discharged from the hospital, Poopoo performed while wearing a metal brace. The band members jokingly referred to him as a ‘life warrior’ and teased him about whether the brace allowed him to sense the rainy weather during the performance.

Lead singer Benshan also shared personal reflections regarding the new album, discussing the emotional process of moving past social pressures and the importance of expressing true feelings through music.
