South Africa updates motocross team for 2026 MXoN

Motorsport South Africa (MSA) has announced a change to the national team competing in the 2026 FIM Motocross of Nations (MXoN) in Ernée, France. Due to an injury, Tristan Purdon has been removed from the lineup.

Trey Cox has been selected to fill the MX Open position. He will join Camden Mc Lellan, who will compete in the MX2 class, and Slade Smith, who will compete in the MXGP class. The three-rider team will undergo final preparations under Team Manager Lise Wosick ahead of the event, which is scheduled to take place from October 2 to 4.
