South African winger Shandre Campbell signs four‑year contract with KV Kortrijk

South African 21‑year‑old winger Shandre Campbell has completed a move to Belgian Pro League side KV Kortrijk, signing a four‑year deal that runs until 2030. The transfer sees him leave Club Brugge, where he previously broke into the first team after rising through SuperSport United and Club NXT, where he netted 11 goals and provided three assists in 25 league matches.

Campbell made 11 appearances for Club Brugge in the Belgian top division, including a notable goal against Zulte Waregem. KV Kortrijk sporting director Nils Vanneste praised his creativity, speed and potential impact, saying the club is proud to welcome him and looks forward to his debut at the Guldensporen Stadium.

The signing highlights the growing presence of South African talent in European football and gives Campbell another opportunity to establish himself in Belgium’s top flight.
