South Australian cattle farms listed for about $2 million each
Two grazing properties in South Australia have been placed on the market with guide prices near $2 million each. The first, near Kingston SE on the Limestone Coast, covers 122 ha (301 acres) and is listed at $1.9 million. The second, at Willow Creek on the Fleurieu Peninsula, spans 183 ha (452 acres) with a $2 million price guide.
Both farms feature productive sandy‑loam soils, reliable rainfall of about 495 mm annually, and infrastructure such as cattle yards, shed buildings and a solar‑powered water pump. The Willow Creek property offers ocean views over the Southern Ocean, including the Pages Islands and Kangaroo Island, and includes a three‑bedroom stone house. Agents describe the holdings as rare opportunities combining fertile grazing land, extensive native vegetation and coastal scenery.
