South Bohemian bus timetables updated in Krumlov and Jindřichův Hradec regions

The South Bohemian transport coordinator, JIKORD, has implemented changes to several bus timetables effective September 14. These adjustments are not a systemic overhaul but are designed to respond to operational experiences from the start of the school year and feedback from municipalities, schools, and passengers.

In the Český Krumlov region, changes affect eight lines, including major routes such as line 500 (Český Krumlov to České Budějovice) and lines 503, 504, 512, 530, 540, and 548. In the Jindřichův Hradec and Třeboň areas, numerous lines are also affected, including routes connecting Jindřichův Hradec to Třeboň, Dačice, and Slavonice, as well as several lines around Třeboň.

The modifications primarily involve shifting departure times, changing route directions, and introducing additional capacity on overcrowded lines. Significant attention was given to morning school connections to ensure students arrive at their destinations on time. Passengers are advised to verify their specific schedules via the IDESKA website before traveling.
