South Dakota State football faces Northwestern in reunion with Griffin Wilde

South Dakota State football is set to face Northwestern this Saturday, a matchup that features a reunion with former Jackrabbit star receiver Griffin Wilde. Wilde, who was a key target for SDSU in 2024, transferred to Northwestern and earned third-team all-conference honors in the Big Ten last season.

During his time at South Dakota State, Wilde recorded 71 receptions for 1,154 yards and 12 touchdowns. He will now face his former teammates under the direction of Northwestern's offense, which is coordinated by Chip Kelly.
