South Florida Bulls face UTSA Roadrunners in American Conference matchup

The South Florida Bulls are set to face the UTSA Roadrunners in an American Conference matchup on Thursday, October 8, at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Both teams enter the game with 4-1 overall records.

South Florida, led by head coach Brian Hartline, is looking to bounce back from a 17-13 loss to Temple. Despite the recent defeat, the Bulls maintain an undefeated record on the road at 2-0. Hartline noted the challenges of a short week, emphasizing the need for physical recovery and more consistent execution on routine plays.

UTSA, coached by Jeff Traylor, holds a 1-0 conference record and has been dominant at the Alamodome, going 2-0 there this season. The series between the two programs is currently tied 1-1, following a 55-23 victory for South Florida last season and a 49-21 win for UTSA in 2023.
