South Florida luxury real estate and hospitality sectors expand

South Florida is experiencing significant luxury real estate and hospitality growth. In Fort Lauderdale, a major restaurant boom is expected in fall 2026, with several new establishments slated to open, including Sweetwaters, Naia, and Caviar Club. This expansion coincides with new residential developments such as the Andare Residences Las Olas, Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, and Sage Intracoastal Residences.

In Boca Raton, the Le Rêve luxury townhome community has officially launched sales. Developed by Advanced Development Group, the five-residence project features multi-story homes with four-bedroom floor plans, private elevators, and courtyard swimming pools. The development reflects a growing regional interest in low-density housing formats that offer amenities similar to large estates with the convenience of condominium-style upkeep.
