South Florida real estate highlights new developments and upcoming Miami forum

The South Florida real estate market is seeing a focus on diverse residential layouts and major industry networking. New developments in the region, including 1428 Brickell in Brickell, Villa Miami in Edgewater, and South Flagler House in West Palm Beach, are highlighting two-story duplex condominium designs. These multi-level residences offer different living configurations compared to single-level units, often featuring private staircases, split entertaining and sleeping floors, and divided outdoor terrace spaces.

Additionally, the Miami Real Estate Forum is scheduled to take place at Mana Wynwood on November 4–5, 2026. The event is expected to gather over 6,000 industry professionals, including developers, brokers, and investors. The forum will feature keynote speakers and panels discussing capital markets, ultra-luxury buyer psychology, and public-private partnerships.
