South Korea football team to hold open training under coach Robert Moreno
The Korea Football Association (KFA) has announced an ‘KFA Open Training Day’ to be held on September 22 at 4:00 PM at the Korea Football Park Stadium in Cheonan. This event marks the first public appearance of the South Korean national football team under the leadership of new head coach Robert Moreno.
Approximately 200 fans will be selected to participate through a first-come, first-served application process on the PlayKFA website. The selection includes 70 members of ‘The Red’ official supporters group and 130 general members. Participants will have the opportunity to observe the team's training session and interact with the players.
The training event serves as a precursor to a four-match international series scheduled for September and October. The team is set to face Ecuador on September 24 in Suwon, followed by Uruguay on September 28 in Seoul. The series will continue with matches against Venezuela on October 2 in Ulsan and Uzbekistan on October 6 in Yongin. The squad includes key players such as Son Heung-min, Kim Min-jae, Lee Kang-in, and Lee Jae-sung.
