South Korea hosts regional sessions for ‘Everyone’s Startup Project

The ‘Everyone’s Startup Project’ is conducting a series of information sessions across South Korea to support aspiring entrepreneurs. This national initiative, hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, aims to provide one-stop support ranging from idea conceptualization and prototype production to business model refinement.

In Seoul, Hansung University, in collaboration with the Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center, held a session providing customized consultations, business plan lectures, and access to AI API credits and startup spaces. The event drew approximately 100 participants, including students and local residents.

In the Gyeongbuk region, the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center is hosting a session in Andong to improve accessibility for entrepreneurs in northern Gyeongbuk. The project has expanded its discovery scale to 10,000 people, with a focus on allocating over 80% of selected participants to prospective entrepreneurs and over 70% to those outside the capital region. Successful participants can receive up to 1 billion KRW in follow-up commercialization funds, along with AI solutions and mentoring.
