South Korea selects 100 companies as 2026 Best Job Companies

The South Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor has selected 100 companies as ‘2026 Korea Best Job Companies’ for their efforts in job creation, improving working environments, and promoting work-life balance. Selected firms received presidential certification plaques.

Notable recipients include Bukwang Pharmaceutical, which was recognized for implementing flexible commuting hours, hourly annual leave systems, and enhanced long-term service rewards. Paradise Sega Sammy was selected for the second consecutive year, noted for its stable employment and training programs. Bright Energy Partners (BEP) earned the title for its high recruitment of youth and women, as well as its use of autonomous commuting and unlimited leave policies.

Other honorees include Neople, recognized for supporting regional settlement in Jeju and providing family-friendly welfare such as in-house childcare, and Jin Infra, which received the award for two consecutive years due to its systematic talent development and ICT infrastructure expertise.
