South Korea launches video contest for National Symbolic Zone

The National Agency for Administrative City Construction (NAACC) has announced a short-form video contest to promote the National Symbolic Zone. The zone, located in the Sejong City area, is planned to integrate core national facilities, such as the Presidential Sejong Office and the Sejong National Assembly building, with public spaces for citizens.

The contest invites South Korean citizens to submit 30 to 90-second vertical videos that express their vision for the value and future appearance of the National Symbolic Zone. Submissions can take various forms, including advertisements, dramas, or animations. The application period runs from September 18 to October 22.

A total of 5 million won in prize money will be awarded across eight prizes, including a Grand Prize of 2 million won. Winning entries will be used as public promotional materials on the NAACC website and official social media channels.
