South Korea men's football team to host Ecuador and Uruguay in September

The South Korea men's national football team will play two home friendly matches in September, facing Ecuador on the 24th and Uruguay on the 28th. Both opponents are South American sides ranked higher than Korea in the FIFA rankings (Ecuador 25th, Uruguay 20th). The fixtures are part of the FIFA A‑match window and will be followed by further friendlies in October against Venezuela on October 2 and Uzbekistan on October 6.
