South Korea news: Prisoner repatriation and lawmaker discipline

The National Intelligence Service (NIS) announced that prisoners being repatriated to South Korea are expected to arrive in mid-September. According to the NIS, the individuals, who were captured by Ukrainian forces, are reported to be in stable health with no major medical issues.

In domestic political news, the People's Power Party's ethics committee has reached a decision regarding lawmaker Kwon Young-jin. The committee resolved through a re-examination to suspend his party membership rights for a period of one year.
