The complex is designed for high-net-worth individuals, offering extreme privacy and 6-star hotel-standard amenities across only 27 units.

Property prices within the L’ARBRE 27 complex range from approximately 14 billion to 26 billion won (roughly 273 to 507 billion VND), with top-floor penthouses valued at up to 40 billion won (approximately 780 billion VND). Suzy, who has been active in the entertainment industry for nearly two decades as both an idol and actress, has an estimated net worth of 35 million USD.
