Various regions in South Korea are hosting cultural and tourism-focused events this autumn. In Gimcheon, the Yulgok-dong open-air cafe has become a popular relaxation spot, featuring a dedicated delivery zone for local food and various busking performances by local musicians.

Busan is hosting the ‘Citizen Terrace Festival’ from September 19 to November 14. The free event includes jazz, vocal music, magic, and circus performances held at the Busan Cultural Center and Lotte Mall Dongbusan to provide accessible culture for office workers and families.

Suwon City will present the ‘2026 Suwon Hwaseong Media Art’ from September 19 to October 6. The festival utilizes light, sound, and drones at Hwaseomun and Janganmun gates, accompanied by markets and interactive media parks.

Incheon City has announced the ‘2026 Incheon Tourism Souvenir Contest.’ Open to local businesses, the competition seeks to discover products that utilize the city’s history and culture to boost the local tourism industry. Submissions will be accepted from October 12 to 16.
