South Korean companies see shifts in analyst price targets

Several South Korean companies have seen recent adjustments to their stock price targets and reported significant business developments.

Korea Investment lowered its target price for HD KSOE to 440,000 Won while maintaining a buy recommendation. This follows a contract for four very large gas carriers (VLGCs) for a Middle Eastern shipowner, valued at 625.8 billion Won. HD KSOE's order intake for 2026 has reached 174 ships, totaling approximately 19.25 billion USD.

Daishin Securities raised its target for Doosan to 1.97 million Won, maintaining a buy rating. The firm expects Doosan to report a 23 percent year-on-year revenue growth in the third quarter of 2026, driven largely by the electronics business.

Isu Petasys also received a target price increase from Shinhan Investment & Securities, which raised the goal to 170,000 Won. The upgrade is supported by strong second-quarter performance, where revenue grew 57.4 percent year-on-year, and anticipated growth in MultiLam product sales.
