A 65‑year‑old man was sentenced by the Chuncheon District Court's Wonju branch to a fine of 12 million won and 40 hours of a sexual‑violence treatment program after he forced a 30‑year‑old female insurance agent to endure a massage at his home in Wonju, Gangwon Province. The judge, Park So‑yeon, noted the defendant’s prior record was clean and that the victim declined any restitution.

In a separate case, a 30‑year‑old man received a 10 million‑won fine and the same 40‑hour treatment order for repeatedly filming women in swimwear over a year, totaling 75 recordings, in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province. The court cited the number of offenses but also considered the defendant’s admission, first‑offender status, and the victim’s decision not to pursue further punishment.
