South Korean firms KB Capital and Lotte Innovate roll out new AI agents

KB Capital announced it will expand its use of AI agents, aiming to deploy ten new agents by the end of the year. The agents will support customer counseling, credit review and other core functions, aligning with the KB with AI strategy to boost efficiency and service quality.

Lotte Innovate unveiled more than ten AI agents customized for its affiliates, built on the Aimember platform. The agents address tasks across food, retail, chemicals and infrastructure, including voice‑translation for noisy construction sites, price monitoring, demand forecasting and market outlook analysis. The rollout is intended to accelerate Lotte Group’s AI transformation (AX) and expand its enterprise AI business.

Both companies say the new agents will improve productivity, decision‑making and customer experience as they integrate AI more deeply into everyday operations.
