Gyeongsan City held a meeting with various medical and welfare institutions to strengthen cooperation for a customized integrated care system. The discussion focused on sharing the progress of current projects and establishing collaborative frameworks for 2027 to ensure that services are delivered promptly and smoothly to those in need.
In Jongno-gu, a partnership has been established with the National Medical Center to prevent care gaps for residents returning home after hospital discharge. The National Medical Center will identify patients requiring support, while Jongno-gu will develop personalized care plans covering health management, nursing, and daily living assistance to ensure a stable transition back to the community.
