In Gyeongbuk, the Gyeongbuk Women's Policy Development Institute is organizing a series of forums and campaigns focused on work-life balance and expanding women's economic activities. Key programs include the ‘Gyeongbuk Women's Future Forum,’ policy discussions on building a foundation for gender equality, and various career support events such as the ‘Career Campus Networking Day’ and festivals aimed at preventing career breaks for women.
