South Korean tourist found dead at Lao Cai hotel

A South Korean male tourist, identified as Jojun (born 1988), was found dead at the Sapaly Hotel in Lao Cai province on the evening of September 12.

According to the hotel management, the victim had been staying at the establishment since August 29. The hotel stated that the individual is suspected to have fallen from the 17th floor. Local authorities and police arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported to secure the area and initiate an investigation into the exact cause of death.
