South Korean Universities Host Teacher Workshop and Innovation Forum

Sookmyung Women’s University organized a nationwide teacher career‑and‑college‑admissions workshop in four regions between June 30 and July 6. The event drew 188 high‑school teachers and featured mock document evaluations, briefings on the 2027‑2028 admission criteria and feedback from admissions officers.

Deokseong Women’s University held a two‑day “2026 First‑Half University Innovation Joint Forum” on June 29‑30, bringing together five regional universities – Keimyung, Dong‑Eui, Soonchunhyang, Chosun and Deokseong – to share best practices on student dropout prevention, AI‑driven digital transformation and collaborative resource sharing. Participants discussed coordinated support systems and planned a follow‑up forum later in the year.
