South Saigon real estate prices rise amid infrastructure growth

Real estate prices in South Saigon, often referred to as the ‘wealthy area’ of Ho Chi Minh City, are experiencing significant growth driven by accelerating infrastructure projects such as ring roads, bridges, and highways.

High-end projects in the Phu My Hung urban area, including Triton Crown, Casa Luna, The Regency, and The Sculptura, are being offered at prices ranging from 170 to 300 million VND/m². Other premium developments like Khang Dien’s The Solina are priced at 120 million VND/m², while projects by Sunshine Group and Kien A are exceeding 100 million VND/m².

In contrast, projects priced below 80 million VND/m² are becoming increasingly scarce. Notable examples include TT Genesis by TT Capital at 69 million VND/m², The Peak Garden at approximately 75 million VND/m², and Vlasta Premier Phu Thuan at around 80 million VND/m². Major infrastructure investments, such as the Rach Doi Bridge project with an estimated investment of nearly 3,200 billion VND, continue to support the upward trend in local property values.
