South Sulawesi Governor inspects Paleteang-Malimpung road progress

South Sulawesi Governor Andi Sudirman Sulaiman inspected the progress of road infrastructure development on the Paleteang-Malimpung-Kabere route, which connects Pinrang Regency to the Enrekang Regency border.

The project is part of the provincial government’s Multiyears Project (MYP) Package 3, valued at Rp478 billion. This package involves the handling of 15 road sections totaling 254 kilometers, encompassing initial construction, routine maintenance, and road preservation.

During the inspection, the Governor noted significant improvements, including concrete shoulder construction and smoother asphalt surfaces. The project aims to enhance regional connectivity and facilitate the movement of goods and services to boost local economic activity.
