Southeast Wisconsin Braces for Severe Thunderstorms and Rainy Forecast
On June 15‑16, 2026 the National Weather Service issued severe thunderstorm warnings for parts of Fond du Lac, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Washington counties in southeast Wisconsin, warning of quarter‑inch hail and advising residents to seek interior rooms. The warnings were later cancelled for most counties, with a brief warning remaining for Sheboygan County before being lifted.
The regional forecast calls for partly sunny and comfortable conditions in Milwaukee on Monday, followed by breezy rain and thunderstorm chances on Tuesday. Wednesday is expected to bring widespread rain with a possible severe storm threat, after which temperatures will cool and partly sunny skies will dominate through the weekend.
