Southern Land Company to open Lupo Notte in Nashville

Southern Land Company has announced the opening of Lupo Notte, its first full-service restaurant, scheduled for September 16, 2026. Located at 2035 Richard Jones Road within the Vertis Green Hills community in Nashville, the establishment will focus on upscale Italian cuisine.

The menu will feature house-made pasta, pizzas, and entrees utilizing locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is designed with contemporary decor and natural light to serve as a community dining destination.

Executive Chef Owen Lane will lead the kitchen. Lane brings nearly 30 years of hospitality experience, having previously held roles at Pastis, Audrey, June, and The Boardroom.
