A formal legal complaint is being filed with the Prosecutor's Office of Catanzaro following an incident at a beach establishment in Soverato on August 9.

Lawyer Domenico Calabretta, representing Lorenzo Papasodero and Domenico Sculco, stated that his clients suffered public humiliation and mistreatment after paying a deposit for a service that was not provided. The legal action aims to establish criminal responsibility for the conduct of a single manager. The clients maintain they possess documentation to support their claims and emphasized that this incident is an isolated case involving one operator, rather than a reflection of the broader tourism industry in Calabria.
