S&P Global Reports 11% Revenue Growth in Q2 2026 and Highlights Major Stake Holdings

S&P Global Inc. announced its second‑quarter 2026 results, showing pro forma revenue of $3.678 billion, an 11% increase year‑over‑year, and GAAP revenue of $4.146 billion, up 10%. GAAP operating profit rose 17% to $1.812 billion and net income grew 14% to $1.217 billion.
