SP2B festival launches at Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo
The SP2B festival has launched at Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo, running for eight days with a focus on the ‘new logic of entrepreneurship’. Founded by Rafael Lazarini, the event aims to expand the discussion of innovation beyond traditional startups to include small businesses, the third sector, and intrapreneurship within large corporations.
The festival features an extensive program including over 20 stages, 750 panels, and 2,000 speakers. It includes various knowledge tracks, musical performances, and film screenings. To promote accessibility, specific spaces and programs like the ‘Z-pass’ are available for university students and residents of peripheral areas.
The 2026 edition opened with a session by psychotherapist Esther Perel, moderated by actress Alice Braga. Perel addressed the impact of artificial intelligence on human connection, warning that the primary risk is not losing connection itself, but rather lowering human expectations of reciprocity and empathy to match the simulated experiences provided by machines.
