Space Force Honor Guard unveils new ceremonial uniform

The United States Space Force Honor Guard has debuted a new ceremonial service dress uniform. The ensemble was first presented to the public during the Freedom 250 Grand Prix in Washington, D.C.

The new design is intended to establish a distinct institutional identity and culture for the service. Since its establishment seven years ago, Space Force personnel, known as Guardians, have utilized modified versions of Air Force uniforms. This updated look aims to make Guardians instantly recognizable during major public ceremonies.

The uniform incorporates colors from the Space Force flag and features specific design elements such as updated belts, headgear, and shoulder draping to differentiate the branch from the Air Force.
