SpaceX booster hits 35th flight while SPCX derivative premium plummets

SpaceX's Falcon 9 first‑stage booster B1067 launched 29 Starlink satellites from Florida and safely landed on a drone ship, marking its 35th mission. The vehicle continues to set reuse records as the company aims for 40 flights per booster.

At the same time, the SPCX perpetual contract that tracks SpaceX’s valuation on the Hyperliquid platform has seen its price fall about 27% from the IPO launch level, compressing the premium from roughly 60% to 16%. The contract, which trades at a cash‑settled price above the fixed IPO share price of $135, reflects broader market fatigue ahead of SpaceX’s planned public offering, which targets up to $75 billion in capital with investor interest exceeding $250 billion.
