SpaceX launches Falcon 9 booster B1067 on record 35th flight

SpaceX is set to launch its most-flown Falcon 9 first‑stage booster, tail number B1067, on a record‑breaking 35th mission. The launch, designated Starlink 10‑35, will deploy 29 broadband internet satellites, expanding the Starlink constellation to more than 10,500 spacecraft. Liftoff is scheduled from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 40 in Florida early Monday morning, with a favorable weather outlook that may degrade as the window progresses.

The mission underscores SpaceX’s goal of demonstrating that Falcon 9 boosters can fly up to 40 times, a reusability benchmark unmatched in commercial spaceflight. As of early June, SpaceX has seven boosters that have each flown more than 25 times. The company’s prospectus states a maximum useful life estimate of 25 flights based on current utilization, with future adjustments reflecting engineering data, recovery rates and strategic shifts toward its Starship vehicle, which is expected to reduce demand for Falcon 9 flights. Restrictions in certain government contracts also limit the number of flights for some boosters.
