SpaceX launches Starlink satellites from Vandenberg and Cape Canaveral

SpaceX lifted off a Falcon 9 from Vandenberg Space Force Base on Thursday morning, delivering 24 Starlink internet satellites into low‑Earth orbit. The flight, the booster’s 34th mission, targeted a landing on the “Of Course I Still Love You” droneship in the Pacific Ocean. The launch window extended from 07:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Space Launch Complex‑4 on the base’s South Base.

The following day, SpaceX conducted a second Falcon 9 launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, deploying 29 Starlink satellites in the mission designated Starlink 10‑54. Liftoff was scheduled no earlier than 08:27 a.m., with a four‑hour window that could stretch to 12:27 p.m. The first‑stage booster attempted a recovery on an autonomous droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. Both launches are part of SpaceX’s ongoing effort to expand the global Starlink broadband network.
