Spanish sailing achieved a historic performance at the J70 World Championship in Cascais, securing trophies in every category for the first time. The competition featured a fleet of 100 vessels and top international crews.

Key achievements include the Marnatura team, skippered by Luis Bugallo, being crowned Corinthian World Champions and absolute World runners-up. Carlos Robles made history as the tactician for the Brazilian team OceanPact, which secured the absolute World Championship title.

Other notable results include Joan Cardona’s Yupi winning the Mixed+ category, and the HSN Sailing Team earning the runner-up position in the One Pro category.
