Andalusia launches new subsidies for self-employed and youth housing
The Junta de Andalucía has launched several economic and social initiatives. For new self-employed professionals, a program with a budget exceeding 128 million euros is now open, offering up to 6,500 euros in aid. This support includes a 'zero quota' mechanism to reimburse Social Security payments during the first year of activity to alleviate initial costs.
Additionally, the regional government has revised its Plan Renove for vehicle purchases due to low demand. The updated program increases the subsidy to 4,000 euros and expands eligibility to include both companies and individuals, aiming to promote low-emission vehicles.
In Seville, the administration has also made 18 apartments in the historic Corral de la Flores available for rent. These units are specifically designated for young people under the age of 35 with limited income, as part of a broader strategy to facilitate youth emancipation and urban regeneration.
