A driver in Spain successfully avoided paying highway tolls for 16 years while traveling on the AP-9 motorway between Leriño and Vigo in Galicia. The individual documented the method in a video that has garnered over 3 million views.

The driver's actions appear to align with the spirit of the ‘Novullpagar’ (I will not pay) movement that emerged in Spain around 2012, a form of passive resistance against toll charges. When questioned, the driver reportedly stated, ‘I am not a fraud, I have no money.’
