Spain expands luxury residential market with new projects in Ibiza and Costa del Sol
Spanish luxury real‑estate developers are launching major new projects. Dils Lucas Fox is promoting 19 branded residences under the name Casa Pacha at Marina Botafoch in Ibiza. The units, ranging from one to three bedrooms and priced between €1.4 million and €9 million, include sustainability measures such as geothermal hot water, solar panels and electric‑vehicle charging. About 30 % of the development is already sold and completion is slated for June 2028. The firm reported a 13 % increase in transaction volume in 2025, with 58 % of its clientele coming from abroad, led by French, American, Dutch, British and German buyers.
At the same time, developer Brosh is investing €38 million in two luxury projects in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, an area known as the “Triángulo de Oro”. The Orum residential tower will contain 15 units priced around €1.9 million, while the Kora complex adds nine villas with an average price of €2.1 million. Both developments target completion in the third quarter of 2029 and aim to reinforce the region’s reputation as a top European luxury‑property market.
Both initiatives highlight continued strong demand for high‑end Spanish homes, particularly from foreign investors, and underline the premium segment’s resilience despite a modest overall market slowdown.
