Gin Mare launches Mediterranean tapas route across 54 Spanish venues
Gin Mare has introduced a Mediterranean Gastronomic Route that links 54 bars and restaurants from the Costa Brava to the Balearic Islands. Each participating venue will serve a complimentary tapa designed to complement a Gin Mare & Tonic, with the snack placed directly on the glass. The tapas feature Mediterranean ingredients that echo the gin’s botanicals – arbequina olive, basil, rosemary and thyme – and include items such as shrimp with tomato and thyme, smoked sardine with sun‑dried tomato, steak tartare with rosemary oil, and arancini with ragù. The campaign aims to associate the brand with the summer aperitif moment and promote Mediterranean cuisine. Gin Mare, produced in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona) and owned by Brown‑Forman, highlights its artisanal distillation process and its presence in more than 170 countries.
