Spain launches 2026‑2027 study and music scholarship programmes

The Federación de Sociedades Musicales de la Comunitat Valenciana (FSMCV) announced the 13th CaixaBank music scholarship call for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The programme, aimed at students in federated music societies, will accept applications online until 5 October 2026.

The Cabildo of Fuerteventura opened its 2026‑2027 study‑grant call a month earlier than last year, with the deadline set for 25 September. The island expects more than 7,000 applications and has allocated about €3.5 million for scholarships covering secondary, baccalaureate, vocational and university studies. President Lola García highlighted the early launch to ensure families receive aid promptly, while Education Minister Adargoma Hernández explained the shortened administrative timeline. A new virtual assistant, Beki, will provide 24‑hour support for applicants.
