Spain launches summer family cultural events in Castellón and Estepona

The Provincial Council of Castellón will run a series of Encierros Infantiles for children in eight municipalities this summer, beginning on 31 July in Tírig and concluding on 2 October in Sant Joan de Moró. The programme aims to introduce young people to traditional bull‑run culture through playful, educational activities, with dates scheduled for San Vicente de Piedrahita, Vall d’Almona, Costur, Canet lo Roig, Palanques, la Vilavella and other towns.

In Estepona, the Parque de los Niños will host a free musical tribute to “The Lion King” on 30 July at 21:30. Organized by the city council, the family‑friendly show features music and dance that recreate the African savannah atmosphere, providing entertainment for children and adults alike.
