Spain prepares for solar eclipse and Perseids meteor shower
Spain is set to experience a series of significant astronomical events on August 12 and 13. A solar eclipse will be visible across various parts of the country, with Alcoi expected to see a maximum obscuration of 99.4% at approximately 20:34.
Following the eclipse, the Perseids meteor shower will reach its peak activity between 4:00 and 6:00 AM on the morning of August 13.
