Spain commercial vehicle registrations rise in July 2026

Commercial vehicle registrations in Spain reached 18,048 units in July 2026, marking a 2.8% increase compared to the previous year.

While registrations for passenger-derived vehicles, vans, and pick-ups saw a 2.5% decrease, other segments showed growth. Pick-up registrations rose by 13.6% to 1,334 units, and vans/light trucks increased by 9.1% to 8,717 units. Specifically, light commercial vehicles under 2.8 tons grew by 24%, and trucks between 2.8 and 3.5 tons saw a 19.9% increase.

For the period from January to July 2026, total commercial vehicle registrations reached 120,344 units, representing a 7.1% year-on-year increase.
