Spain rolls out summer outdoor cinema series in Murcia and Madrid

The regional Filmoteca of Murcia continues its free "Cine bajo las estrellas" summer programme at the Auditorio del Parque de Fofó, presenting four films this week, including two starring Paco Rabal and two classic musical titles. The event, organised by the Murcia regional culture department and the city council, aims to bring the centenary of Paco Rabal to younger audiences and promote audiovisual literacy.

In Madrid, Autocine Madrid launches a new edition of its summer outdoor cinema from 20 July to 28 August. The venue will host up to 500 spectators per session, with a premium area offering table service. The programme mixes film screenings – such as Grease, Interstellar, Pulp Fiction, High School Musical and Ocho apellidos vascos – with live music, gastronomy and themed activities like karaoke, photocal and pet‑friendly spaces, targeting families and a broad audience.
