Spain tenders 10.1 million euro A-7 highway repair in Valencia
The Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility has launched a tender for the surface rehabilitation of the A-7 highway between Sagunto and Museros in the province of Valencia. The project, valued at 10.1 million euros including VAT, covers more than seven kilometers of road passing through Sagunto, Puçol, El Puig de Santa María, Rafelbunyol, and Museros.
The works involve milling the existing pavement to a depth of 9 centimeters and replacing it with two new layers. In areas with deeper damage, additional milling and replacement will be conducted. The project also includes reinforcing existing cracks, repairing viaduct joints near kilometer 306.7, and repainting road markings.
This intervention is part of an extraordinary 1,629 million euro plan to improve the surface quality of the State Road Network, aimed at enhancing service quality across national infrastructures.
