Spain's August 6 Festival Lineups Unveiled

The Sonorama Ribera music festival in Aranda de Duero kicks off its second day on Thursday, August 6, with performances by Guitarricadelafuente, Rigoberta Bandini, Rusowsky and Veintiuno across nine stages, including the Plaza del Trigo, Plaza de la Sal and the Charco arena. The schedule runs from noon until the early hours, featuring a mix of established acts and emerging Iberian artists.

In A Coruña, the Fiestas de María Pita continue with the 39th edition of the Festival Noroeste Estrella Galicia. Highlights for Thursday include a concert by Yerai Cortés at 22:00, a book‑fair signing by author Antonio Tizón, a braille‑awareness workshop by ONCE’s Corina Alfonso, the XLI Certamen Habaneras at Teatro Colón, and a children’s program with María Faltri. The day’s events are spread across various venues such as the Jardines de Méndez Núñez and Casa Museo Casares Quiroga.
