Spain to allocate record €170.5 bn in advance payments to regions in 2027
The Spanish Ministry of Finance announced that autonomous communities will receive a record €170.529 billion in advance payments (entregas a cuenta) for 2027, an 8.1% rise from 2026. The increase applies to all 17 regions and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Specific allocations include €23.944 billion for Madrid, €16.311 billion for the Comunitat Valenciana, €31.692 billion for Andalusia, and €8.074 billion for Castilla‑La Mancha.
